Eddie Leach has become only the third member of Oldham Photographic Society to attain the DIstinction PAGB (DPAGB) Award, since the inception of the scheme in the early 1990s. The application requires 15 images, shown as prints or projected images, at National Open Exhibition standard and the PAGB Award is given based on an assessment by an expert panel of Adjudicators.
