The first John Widdall Trophy was a great success with 116 images entered in sets of 4. Entrants had to enter sets of four images, choosing from Architectural Record, Close Up and Table top, Montage and Stitched Panoramas, with the added complexity that they must enter a minimum of 2 categories.
John’s sister and brother-in-law were with us as guests and, since it was the first event, it was judged by Christine Widdall.
The award was won by Gill Brett, who finished just one point ahead of Gary Waidson.
